Peru, third pirate attack in five months against ships

Pirates in Callao again attack a cargo ship. This time, 20 of these criminals, armed with guns, surprised the crew of a Japanese vessel after gunpoint and handcuffed the crew, took possession of various machinery, along with money and fuel of the ship.
