Two individuals accused of mutilating a child in Hidalgo Mexico

Drug traffickers Jose Velazco, and Miriab soberanis were accused of kidnaping and mutilating a child in the neighborhood of Los Angeles in Hildalgo. Both of the accused are affiliates of a group of six assassins in Tizayuca Hidalgo. The two aggressors mutilated the child’s finger in order to pressure his parents to pay a ransom. Read Article
