Colombian Army brigade involved in bullying, vandalism, indiscipline

Radio Caracol had access to a series of videos shot by soldiers who witnessed cell made of “bullying”, vandalism and indiscipline in facilities of the First Brigade of the Army, based in Tunja, Boyaca.

The incident occurred in the last week of April, and involve a group of soldiers who, in a prolonged and inexcusable neglect of the officers in charge, starring actions the Army has tried to minimize family since contacted some soldiers involved Caracol Radio to denounce the abuses they were subjected to military youth.
