Jalisco Mexico: Food handling warning for May and June due to heat

The Health Ministry Jalisco (SSJ) warns that the months of May and June are the hottest of the season, therefore, calls upon the general care and maintenance of hygiene in food preparation; is estimated that it could increase by 15% the season related diseases: diarrhea, dehydration and heatstroke.
