75% of Airline tickets in Mexico are for fees

The aviation industry in Mexico faces a high cost structure , which affects the domestic tourism is not quite competitive with other countries, according to the National Airborne (Canaero ). One example is that of the total amount paid by a passenger for an airline ticket, an average of 70 to 75% are fees and taxes, while the airlines are left with only 30 to 25%. Read Article
