65 year old Puebla Mexico resident may have been targeting tourists

Municipal Preventive Police (PMP), Sanchez Dolores Huerta arrested 65-year-old accused of stealing her purse from a woman who ate at one of the restaurants located in the base area of the city. At the time of the adult female was arrested bag containing his victim’s money and cell phone.
