200 percent increase in diabetes cases in Sinaloa, mexico

A 217.2 percent have increased the number of new cases of diabetes in the last three years in Sinaloa, according to statistics from the Federal Ministry of Health. According to the document, at week 40, 2008 the rates of this disease were found in 11 000 831 new cases that year whereas the current figure of 36 000 466 diabetic increases in the state. But between the two types of diabetes, Type II has a higher prevalence in relation to the type I. Read Article
