140,000 youths in Costa Rica not studying or working

A 140 000 686 Costa Rican youth aged 12 to 24 years, representing 12.3 percent of the total population this age, neither work nor study revealed the seventeenth State of the Nation. The study, released Sunday in the local press, warns that these young people “are doubly excluded, because they lack access to knowledge and are able to generate a decent income.” Read Article
