Guayaquil Ecuador: Man with head injury refused treatment at two hospitals, dies

Elunviverso.com reported that relatives said that the wounded man was taken to the Hospital de Quevedo, but due to his critical condition was referred to our hospital Luis Vernaza, Guayaquil, where they would not have cared for lack of beds. He was then transferred to the hospital where neither attended Guayaquil, but did not explain the causes, so they returned in the ambulance to the Hospital de Quevedo, where he died on Wednesday afternoon.
