One of the dead was a 23-year-old French woman who had been living in Colombia for the past six months, working as a volunteer in a poor neighbourhood.

Authorities said nine other people were injured in the blast in a second-floor women’s restroom at the upscale Centro Andino in the heart of Bogota’s tourist district. Read Article
