Amapá, Brazil: National Event Addresses Crime and Border Security Concerns

Globo reported on August 7, 2013 that the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security of Amapá will host a national event between August 13 and August 15 in Oiapoque to present ENAFRON; a program designed to combat crimes in states along the border with fellow South American countries. The meeting will include public security experts and representatives from states along the Brazilian border in attempt to combat crimes such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, and smuggling.
