After the death of U.S. citizen Leslie Allison in Gualaquiza, Ecuador during an Ayahuasca ceremony this publication contacted the Shaman directly responsible for the ceremony involving approximately 32 participants.

A reporter from LATINAMERICACURRENTEVENTS.COM phoned Miguel Chiriap a well known shaman provider which focuses on providing rituals for tourists from the U.S. and Europe. He initially agreed answer questions via telephone. However, because of poor cell phone service a set of questions were emailed to his office in EcuadorHowever, after questions were submitted (below) he declined to answer any questions based on advice from his attorney.

Ms. Allison’s remains were cremated in Ecuador On Wed February 3, 2016
