Salinas Ecuador: Canadian expats file criminal complaint against U.S. expat for theft

U.S. expat allegedly steals expensive construction equipment from Canadian expats.

facebook.com/SuperPeninsular reported Eldo Concari an attorney for Canadian expats in Ecuador has filed criminal charges with the prosecutors office in Salinas. The Canadians allege an expat from the U.S. living in Ecuador was left in charge of some expensive construction equipment and stole said equipment. The attorney stated the Canadians are not currently in Ecuador due to visa issues. A reward of $1000 has been posted to locate the accused U.S. expat. Ciudadanos canadienses denunciaron a un norteamericano por hurto. Este hecho presuntamente ocurrió en el cantón Salinas.
Eldo Concari, abogado de los extranjeros, manifestó que sus clientes se fueron a su país por cuestiones de su visa y dejaron encargado al presunto implicado y este sujeto supuestamente se llevó maquinaria de construcción de alta calidad.
La denuncia fue asentada en la Fiscalía de Salinas y hasta el momento ofrecen una recompensa de 1000 dólares para quien de datos de su paradero. Read Full Article
