Ojos Negros, Baja California, Mexico: U.S. tourists involved in vehicle accident, one dead

fronteraensenada.info reported that two tourists from the United States driving in an all terrain vehicle were involved in a head on collsion near Ojo Negros in Baja California, Mexico. Apparently they were driving at a high speed on a dirt road when the accident occured. The American driver tried to pull over for an oncoming truck and lost control of the Rhino vehicle. At this site, a vehicle driven by a Rhino type American couple apparently circulated speeding, whose driver tried to pull over and make way for a truck that was coming in the opposite direction.

But at one point, the driver lost control Mattock name of your unit, to try to recover the direction swerved to the left while the brakes applied.

The vehicle stopped their march to the middle of the gap and crossed to it, just as the driver of the truck apparently failed to stop and hit the Rhino unit.

The blow came with the front of the truck into the right side of Rhino, right in the pilot area.

The Rhino passing his girlfriend identified as E. Mattock, who had resided in the United States.

Municipal Police Officers assigned to the town of Ojos Negros recorded no other victims of the fatal accident, however, requested the presence of the Red Cross paramedics to provide them first aid.

The units were removed from the accident, but body remained lying on the dirt road until 18:00, at which time arrived the prosecutor to vouch for the death.
