Colombia: Environmental Emergency from oil spill impacts residents

Between 21 and 23 December, Nariño crepe sent food to the most affected communities in Roberto Payan. Delivery is expected in the coming days to the shelters. As safe water, municipal water systems would be covered. However, an estimated 1,000 families in the upper reaches of the rivers are still under served.
