Ecuador, social gap between women and men decreased according to latest census

The gap between women and men fell in Ecuador according to the results of the last national census of population and housing, whose data will be used to plan the development, it was learned today in this capital. The research, conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses of Ecuador (INEC), states that people of working age 592 000 172 three million women belong to the economically active population, compared to a million men 809 000 071 .
