Ecuador among top ten most corrupt countries in Latin America according to report

El Universo.com reported that Venezuela, Haiti, Paraguay, Honduras and Nicaragua are the most corrupt countries in Latin America, while Chile and Uruguay are the most transparent countries in the region, according to an international study released Wednesday.
