Clandestine Drug Factory Destroyed in San Felipe, León, Mexico

Tiempo La Noticia Digital released a report May 23, 2012 concerning a clandestine drug factory that was destroyed in San Felipe, León the previous Saturday. Public security forces and the San Felipe municipal police discovered the factory, which contained chemicals used in the production of synthetic drugs, including eight tanks of butane gas, eight gallons of plastics containing monoxide, and four chemical reactors. When security officials arrived, the building was emitting a distinct chemical odor. No arrests were made, although a bag containing the identification of a woman from Michoacán was discovered at the scene. Read Article
