Brazil and Peru Meet To Strengthen Trade Relations

noticias.r7.com reported on May 24, 2013 that dozens of Brazilian companies discussed at the Business Roundtable Brazil-Peru meeting, strategies to increase future trade relations with Peru. Such measures include increasing Peruvian exports to Brazil. Brazilian ambassador; Lazary Texeira, stated that for long-term goals to be successful, Peruvian companies must be willing to invest and sell products in Brazil. Texeira, as well, claims Brazil intends to invest US $6 billion this year in Peru; mainly in areas of energy and construction.
