Argentina: Judge releases accused taxi driver for allegedly raping Swiss tourist for lack of merit

The taxi driver who was arrested Salta a week ago, after being reported by a young Swiss tourist for rape, was released by the examining magistrate Fifth Formal Nomination of Salta, Pablo Arancibia, who dictated the lack of merit. The accused of raping a Swiss tourist, Jose Guillermo Jauregui (26), reiterated yesterday after regaining his freedom to be “innocent”, while the young Jael Krummernacher (21) is already at home and apparently will not continue with legal proceedings in the cause.
