10th Brazilian minister replaced

The president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, has been replaced by surprise the Minister of Agrarian Development, Afonso Florence, member of the radical wing of the Workers’ Party (PT), and has put in place the deputy Pepe Vargas, also of the PT and , as Florence, to the left of the currently forming the Government.
