Women´s violence in Venezuela serious public health issue

Studies conducted by the Network of Latin American and Caribbean Women in Management, revealed that violence worldwide is the leading cause of death in women between 15 and 44 years, reaching over cancer and traffic accidents is why it is consulted on the matter to the Vice President of the National Institute of Women, Judith Lopez Guevara, who said that this scourge is a public health problem to be eradicated and should begin to form from schools, “where the child aware that we are equal and we have to respect.”
