First they move the money. Iran is interested in exploiting uranium mines in Venezuela and Ecuador in return for investing millions in economic development projects for the region. In recent years, Iran has opened bank branches and transportation companies in Venezuela and Ecuador investment has grown from six million to 168 in one year.
