Telefónica fined 180 million pesos Argentina for April blackout

Telefónica Argentina imposed a fine of 32 million by the blackout April
In the same speech on Monday April 16th that the president of Argentina announced the expropriation of Repsol Cristina Fernandez asked for Telefónica sanctioned by the blackout had hit the country 14 days earlier.
