Sinaloa, 11 municipalities state of emergency due to weather

11 municipalities in Sinaloa CULIACÁN._ were considered yesterday “emergency zone” by the federal government, declaring that give them access to extra resources of the National Disaster Fund, known as Fonden. The municipalities affected by severe frosts, as the General Coordination of Civil Protection of the Interior Ministry were Choix, Sinaloa, Mocorito, Angostura, Cosalá, San Ignacio, Mazatlan, Concordia, Guasave, corn and Navolato.
