Sandinista Front Moves Forward, Opposition Remains Divided

Less than 10 months to go before the general elections in November, political groups opposed to Nicaraguan Sandinista Liberation Front (FSLN) government continue to be divided, and their chances are increasingly slimmer. So far, all attempts have failed to attain the unity reached in the 1989 general elections.
