Renowned Pervuian surfer drowns Lima beach

Renowned Peruvian surfer Marck ‘Maki’ Block died drowned Thursday afternoon after suffering a blow to the head while surfing on a beach south of Lima, said Friday the National Sports Federation Board.

“Block, professor of surfers, drowned after suffering a heavy blow on the head with his board and left unconscious in the water without anyone noticing the situation,” he told reporters Karin Sierralta director of the Federation. Read Article
