President Repsol makes urgent return to Argentina amidst turmoil with government

In an environment of rising tensions over a possible government intervention in the oil company YPF, the company president, Antonio Brufau, emergency traveled to Argentina and is now in Buenos Aires, predictably, meet with government officials. Brufau had already met with Hernan Lorenzino and Julio De Vido, minister of Economy and Planning, before the YPF board meeting held last week. The markets sense that something big is about to happen in YPF and remain distrustful of the actions of the Spanish-Argentina oil.
