Popocatepetl volcano activity remains high, still yellow alert

The activity of Popocatepetl volcano has remained high during the last 24 hours, so the alert remains in Phase 3 Yellow, reported the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred).

In his report at 11:00 hours, explained that there was limited visibility from the south of the volcano, where there was a plume of water vapor, gases and small amounts of ash that goes east. Read Article
