Police seize numerous household appliances, televisions in Coahuila Mexico prison

rpp.com.pe reported that Police discovered refrigerators, televisions and fans during a surprise inspection in a prison in the northern state of Coahuila, officials said. The Attorney General of the State of Coahuila said in a statement that the appliances were found yesterday in a review of more than three hours in cells and common areas of the halfway house in the city of Torreon. The operation, which also involved the Ministry of Security agents of the state, was held in the framework of the “Review of Bars, Pubs and rehabilitation centers”, which seeks to ensure the safety and security in the prisons of Coahuila.
