Peru: Spanish tourist video tapes police officers trying to elicit bribe for traffic infraction, officers under investigation

Two of the agents involved in the payment of a bribe to a Spanish tourist in the province of Barranca, Lima was temporarily separated from their duties, said the colonel Juan Garcia Olivera, director of the Division of Highway Safety.
