More than 3,000 Mexican military members court martialed in last five years

Crimes ranging from drug abuse to authorities; A report from the Department of Defense indicates that among the items that were found guilty there corporals, soldiers, cadets, sergeants, lieutenants, lieutenants, captains, majors and colonels. By abuse of authority, murder, extortion, rape, desertion or crimes against health, 3 000 612 soldiers have been sentenced by court martial or a military judge in the last five years. A report from the National Defense Secretariat (SEDENA) indicates that among the items that were found guilty there corporals, soldiers, cadets, sergeants, lieutenants, lieutenants, captains, majors and colonels.
