Former Mexican diplomat charged with rape

The former head of chancery of diplomatic representation in the United Kingdom, Abel Abarca Ayala, was admitted to the South Prison, to be processed by the Ninth District Court Federal Criminal Proceedings in the Federal District for the crime of rape. According to the Federal Public Ministry assigned to the Special Prosecutor for Crimes of Violence against Women and Trafficking in Persons (FEVIMTRA) the judge issued warrant of arrest against the former diplomat.
