Leader of Sinaloa Cartel in Central America detained in El Salvador

The Costa Rica antidrug authorities captured the Honduran Sewnsen Pinnace Arthur Collins, who is wanted by the International Police (Interpol) and the United States on suspicion of drug trafficking, said Wednesday an official spokesman. Pinnace ran a network of drug traffickers in Central America that used the waterway to transport drugs to the United States. This is the alleged leader of the Sinaloa cartel operative, identified by authorities as Sewnsen Pinnace Arthur Collins, who was captured at the Juan Santamaria International Airport from El Salvador on Taca flight 621, ticos media reports.
