Guápulo Ecuador a small Quito neighborhood plagued by insecurity

Insecurity and people who gather to sip are the issues facing the lookout Guápulo and adjacent green space, Jonah Street and Rafael Leon Guerrero. Space, explains Carmen Helena Córdova, president of the place, has several shortcomings, including a lack of control. But these complications are not recent. In the field, home to around 4,000 people, the issue has been dragging on for years.
