General warns of security situation facing Ecuador

The outgoing head of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces (Armed Forces), Ernesto Gonzalez, warned of the security situation facing the country. Among the main threats, Gonzalez cited the organized crime, human trafficking, insecurity, drug trafficking and the presence of rebel groups.
