ELN Car Bomb Leaves 1 Dead and 16 Injured, Popayán, Colombia

•During the afternoon of June 18th, a suspected ELN car bomb exploded near the entrance of Popayán killing Jairo Muñoz and 16 others injured.
•According to El Heraldo, thanks to the police patrolling the city’s entrance, the bomb did not reach the center of the city, the original target.
•The Colombian authorities are offering 300 million pesos for the capture of Ovidio Antonio Parra Cortes, alias El Tío, who is the ELN’s head in Cauca. Read Article
