Ecuador to Invest in Cyber Security Command Unit

elnuevoherald.com/AP reported Ecuador plans to invest eight million dollars to create a command of cyber defense unit for the country that he expects to be completely operable by mid 2015. General Luis Garzón, head of the joint command of the armed forces, said he expects the project to begin within 30 days.
