Ecuador bolsters security to combat spying

THIS BOOK WILL HELP IN YOUR RESEARCH reported that the Ecuadorian government is to strengthen security measures to combat spying on public officials, government news agency Andes reported security minister Homero Arellano as saying. “The plans are confidential but generally speaking, we are working on the encryption of communications, security protocols for officials working directly with sensitive issues, and the classification of documents,” the minister said.
