Drug Dealer Arrested while Selling in Plaza in Pará, Brazil

On January 10, 2013, Diário do Pará reported that a drug dealer was arrested while selling marijuana in the street in Ananindeua, a town about 19 kilometers from Belém, the state capital of Pará.  The local narcotics division caught Sandro Anderson de Souza Neves, 36, on the night of January 9.  Police also captured the buyer, but did not release his identity.  According to police, Neves has already faced prison time for dealing drugs and was on probation at the time of his arrest.  Read Article
