Costa Rica, few roads have sufficient signage

It is not uncommon for streets in Costa Rica not to have proper signals and road markings and the reason is a simple one, the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT) only spends ¢3 billion colones when it should really be spending up to ¢100 billion. At the current time only 10 percent of Costa Rica’s roads have adequate signs. Read Article
