Question: You are referring to steps that this country is learning to give the light of this difficult situation. Castro: The original idea is mine. Costa Rica stopped investing in the modernization of their forces. We do not have a single helicopter gunship and can help mobilize the police, not for a confrontation. Much less a defensive action on the border. Attack, zero. There is no capacity. Our defense capability is very limited. We do not have the necessary equipment for communications, aerial surveillance assets for a sea that has ten times the size of our territory.
