Commission in Peru to make viable $1,700 million slated for exploration and exploitation hydrocarbons

The Multisectoral Commission Energy Investment Facilitation allow viable investments of U.S. $ 1,700 million in exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, said on Wednesday Perupetro. The working group established by the Executive on February 18, consists of Nettles, who is the chairman and the vice ministers of Economy, Laura Calderon, Environmental Management, Jorge Castro, and Interculturalism, Ivan Lanegra, and by the head of the National Water
He added that the aim of the commission is to reduce red tape for the approval of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and other environmental permits. Read Article
