Colombians fearful of HP virus vaccination after mysteriuos incident in Carmen de Bolívar

caracol.com.co reported the mysterious case of mass blackouts that occurred in the municipality of el Carmen de Bolívar, in which 300 girls were affected after the implementation of the vaccine against the human papilloma virus, has had repercussions throughout the country, to such an extent that the vaccination rate has fallen precipitously in the different regions of the country.
