Colombia: auto parts exports up 103 percent

l Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Sergio Diaz-Granados held 103% growth in auto exports to the United States, in the period January to July compared to the same period of 2011.

According to the report of the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE) and calculations of the Economic Research Bureau of the Ministry, the engines ignited product exports to the United States, in this sector, in the first seven months of the year, was parts and accessories for cars with a growth of 330% compared to the same period last year.
