Cocaine shipped from Ecuador discovered in Hong Kong; Officials deny drug route

Customs officials in Hong Kong announced the seizure of 649 kilos of cocaine, the largest drug discovery ever made in the city. The drugs were found inside a truck that was traveling to the industrial zone of the city, Diario Hoy reports. The shipment had arrived in the country on a ship at the Kwai Chung port and had been sent from Ecuador. The drugs were divided into 541 packages, each weighing 1.2 kilos.
