Chile: investigation begins into police officer killed by friendly fire

This morning, Criminalistics Laboratory Specialists (Labocar) of the Police are prepared to carry out surveys for determining the circumstances of the shootout between police ended with the death of uniformed Miguel Morales Faundez, 21.

The researchers were preparing to start skills of visibility from the 3:45 pm today at the intersection of avenues Santa Rosa and Carlos Valdovinos, where the incident occurred almost 24 hours.

The analysis seeks to determine whether the conditions of darkness during the difficult confrontation or mutual recognition between the units of both institutions involved in the incident. Read Article
