Caracas Venezuela: Group throws grenade at Military Police, killing Sergeant, injuring six

eldiario.ec reported a sergeant was killed and six others were injured by alleged criminals on Sunday night released a Granada against a group of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB, militarized police) in central Caracas, he reported the prosecution.

“According to preliminary information, at about 22.30 local time (03.00 GMT Monday) several people descended from a vehicle and threw a bomb into a tent at the GNB, leaving as a result a deceased military and six wounded,” He said the prosecution in a statement.
The deceased was identified as Sergeant Joseph Vegas and the wounded as sergeants Robinson Villegas, Jorge Aguilar, Ali Rodriguez, Gonzalez, Jose Segura and Gervis Azuaje. Read Article
