Brazil to rebuild scientific research base destroyed by fire in Antarctica

The Brazilian president, Dilma Rousseff, “dismayed” by the fire that destroyed the base today the country’s scientific research in Antarctica, which left two soldiers dead and one wounded, said the government the rebuild, according to a statement.
