Band of apartamenteros captured in Tulua Colombia

Three suspects were captured apartamenteros by police in the La Ceiba in Tulua. They seized firearms and items to subdue their victims, such as masking tape, and latex bands. Those arrested were a woman, a professional soldier and the caretaker of a renowned shopping center Tuluá, who apparently, according to authorities, were part of a band of robbers who have committed several robberies in this city and neighboring municipalities.
